Intro & Background: S’moo is a women-led business founded by Karagan. She suffered from PCOS since childhood and after years of struggle, she managed to find a natural cure for the symptoms & made her own supplement/powder that has helped over 30k females across the globe so far.

- Couldn’t scale the ad campaigns profitably. The business was losing money to acquire new customers.
- No diversification of sales channels. Their FB account was permanently banned as the supplements niche is tricky to sell on social media ads.

How we helped:
- We started with the fresh launch of TikTok ads with a platform-focused content strategy and user-generated content utilization. Within the first month, we dropped the cost per sale by around 35% – 40% & scaled the monthly ad spend from $1k to $5k per month as we were profitable.
- Secondly, we shifted to Google ads where the cost per sale was $40 & $50+. We started with optimized shopping campaigns, running performance max with UGC videos & hyper-targeted brand + competitors campaigns. The overall cost per sale across the account dropped to the $15 range just with the right segmentation and account structure & the google ads account for S’moo has been consistent and at scale since then.
- The business always wanted to advertise to the masses on Facebook but they were scared from the platform’s restrictions and bans. As we have extensive experience dealing with sensitive category accounts, we were confident in running the ads smoothly on fb too. We launched on fb with a separate landing page that was carefully crafted with no restricted keywords. The ads copy + videos were carefully edited so that nothing triggered the platform’s policy. Since the last 7 months, the business has never faced any restriction on advertising and the cost per sale is also the lowest around $20 range.
