The opportunity

The primary challenge was bridging the gap between Jot’s innovative product and the digital experience. Because concentrated coffee is a new concept for many customers, the site needed to function as both an educational platform and a sales channel.There was also significant untapped potential in Average Order Value (AOV), particularly within subscription adoption and product bundling strategies.The objective was to replace generic templates with a bespoke Welcome Bundle architecture, supported by backend logic capable of handling tiered offers, free-gift triggers, and a seamless transition from one-time trials to long-term subscriptions.
