The project aims to equip warehouse and supply-chain teams with real-time visibility into operations, reduce manual coordination overhead, and deliver actionable insights for smarter decision-making.

The solution

The design of PickPro emphasises clarity, structure and immediate actionable data for users operating in fast-moving warehouse environments. Key solution features include:
  • A clean, high-contrast dashboard layout that displays critical KPIs, such as orders processed, inventory status, fulfillment rate and bottleneck alerts, at a glance.
  • Interactive modules or cards for inventory monitoring, order-fulfilment pipeline tracking, and logistic performance trends, enabling stakeholders to drill down into details as needed.
  • Visual elements like heat-maps, trend lines and status badges to enable fast identification of problem areas (e.g., low-stock items, delayed orders).
  • A design language suitable for both desktop and large display screens in warehouse control rooms, emphasising readability, minimal clutter and prioritised data.
  • A modular UI-system that allows the organisation to scale dashboards across multiple warehouses, regions or operational teams whilst maintaining consistency.
