Modern living is shaped by concierge teams, exclusive event bookings, and on-demand fitness sessions.However, behind the glamorous façade of high-end real estate, operational reality is often messy. Elite Amenity Management, a major U.S. based firm overseeing more than 70 luxury properties, wrestled with these challenges daily. Their managers frequently relied on manual bookings across emails and spreadsheets, leading to processing delays and frustrated residents.For Elite Amenity Management, these inefficiencies created a ceiling on growth. To maintain their reputation and operational standards, they needed to move from scattered manual workflows to a seamless "digital concierge." They envisioned a platform where residents felt like they had a personal assistant in their pocket while giving managers total administrative control.
The opportunity
Elite Amenity Management faced a significant challenge in scaling their operations. With properties spread across the country, maintaining a consistent standard of service was difficult using manual tools. Inefficient maintenance tracking and rigid role management meant that staff spent more time on administration than on resident care.The goal was clear. They needed to consolidate all resident services into a single mobile-first application. This included everything from spa bookings to scheduling dog walkers. Simultaneously, they required a robust web platform that offered managers live visibility into operations. The solution had to be scalable, secure, and capable of handling complex role-based permissions for managers, owners, and staff.
The solution
Codieshub partnered with Elite Amenity Management to deliver a comprehensive amenity platform ecosystem. We managed the full software development lifecycle, starting with a deep Discovery Phase to map out the complex workflows of a multi-property management firm.Our team engineered a dual-interface solution. For the residents, we built a sleek, cross-platform mobile app using Flutter. This "Digital Concierge" allows users to book amenities, access virtual fitness content, and make secure payments via Stripe, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.For the management team, Codieshub developed an advanced web platform using ReactJS and Python (Django). This command center features role-based access control, allowing admins to manage service requests, track maintenance issues in real time, and publish content to the resident app. We utilized AWS for cloud infrastructure, ensuring the system remains fast and responsive regardless of how many properties Elite Amenity Management onboards.
