Overview

TeamFlow is a modern SaaS platform built to simplify how teams plan, manage, and track their work. Designed for hybrid and remote environments, it offers a unified dashboard where managers can visualize workloads, assign tasks, and measure productivity in real time.Codieshub partnered with the client from idea to execution, shaping the product strategy, defining user journeys, and designing an intuitive interface that made complex team management feel effortless.

The opportunity

The client, a fast-growing tech consultancy, was struggling with scattered workflows across multiple tools like Slack, Trello, and spreadsheets. Managers lacked visibility into capacity, task ownership, and upcoming bottlenecks, causing communication gaps and delays in delivery.They needed a lightweight, all-in-one platform that would:
  • Centralize task management and sprint planning
  • Help managers quickly assess workload distribution
  • Improve team accountability and transparency
  • Offer clean analytics without feeling like enterprise software
This was our opportunity to design a SaaS product that feels powerful yet human, structured but not rigid.

The solution

Codieshub led the full design sprint, from conceptual wireframes to a refined UI system. We defined three core personas (Manager, Team Member, and Project Lead) and designed specific flows for each to ensure clarity and speed.Key design outcomes included:
  • Unified Dashboard: Summarizes sprints, tasks, and blockers in a single view.
  • Task Board: Clean, drag-and-drop interface showing “To Do, In Progress, Review, Done” stages.
  • Resource Allocation View: Real-time workload bars for each member, highlighting over-capacity or idle states.
  • Performance Analytics: Visual graphs for efficiency, progress velocity, and team balance.
  • Reusable Design System: Built scalable Figma components for rapid iteration and future feature expansion.
The visual language reflects clarity and momentum, a clean white interface with teal accents, subtle shadows, and just the right amount of data density to keep focus.
