CRDN

CRDN is a global leader in textile and electronic restoration, operating through a franchise model in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Their RestorNet platform manages the complete job lifecycle from intake to invoicing.

A decade of accumulated technical debt on the old Microsoft Dynamics CRM foundation had made the platform a performance bottleneck and an innovation blocker.

The Challenge

What we needed to solve.

The legacy RestorNet platform had become an operational bottleneck: performance limitations under high-volume usage, inflexible architecture with accumulated technical debt, and fragmented data capture preventing centralized reporting.

Steep onboarding friction, manual workarounds for insurance documentation, and maintenance hurdles blocked platform upgrades.

These issues eroded franchisee confidence, increased support costs, and threatened new-territory sales growth.

Our expectations around service and consistency are high, and they met them. The team was accessible, pragmatic, and willing to roll up their sleeves when issues came up.

The Solution

What we built.

We executed a complete greenfield rebuild using cloud-native technologies designed for scalability and modularity.

The approach combined discovery workshops with franchisee site visits, scalable design systems with Figma prototypes, and incremental MVP releases beginning with non-insurance workflows.

Azure-Based Architecture

Containerized deployments via Azure Container Apps with Terraform + GitOps for reproducible infrastructure.

Modern Frontend & Backend

Next.js + TailwindCSS paired with ABP (.NET) and SQL Server for a maintainable, performant stack.

Field Services Mobile App

Rebuilt in Xamarin with TestFlight deployment to get franchisees into the field faster.

QA & Reporting

Playwright + Cucumber automation; Power BI integration for franchisee and executive reporting.
