SaaS Software Development Company
Multi-tenant architectures, usage-based billing, and AI features wired into the product surface — engineering that compounds as your SaaS scales.
Tenant isolation patterns, data partitioning, and schema strategies that scale cleanly from 10 customers to 10,000.
Stripe, Metronome, and Orb integrations that measure, meter, and monetize product usage the way your finance team wants.
Copilot-style assistants, semantic search, and workflow AI engineered into your product surface — not stapled on in a side panel.
Feature-flag and entitlement systems that let product and growth teams ship packaging changes without engineering tickets.
Event pipelines, activation metrics, and PLG dashboards that tell you what customers actually do — not what they self-report.
Self-serve onboarding, in-product guidance, and time-to-value instrumentation that compound into lower CAC payback.
Building a SaaS product is an exercise in making dozens of consequential decisions fast — architecture choices that are expensive to reverse, feature prioritization that determines whether you find product-market fit before the runway runs out, and hiring tradeoffs that shape your engineering culture for years. Most SaaS founders don't have the luxury of getting these decisions wrong twice.
Codieshub has been building SaaS products since 2016 — from zero-to-one MVPs for seed-stage startups to platform rebuilds for companies scaling past $10M ARR. We've worked on HR software, edtech platforms, fintech tools, property management applications, health-tech products, and marketplace infrastructure. What we know from that experience is that SaaS architecture problems tend to be universal even when domain problems are specific: multi-tenancy, billing integration, permission systems, usage metering, and API design come up in every engagement.
Our model is to embed senior LatAm engineers — working U.S. hours — directly into your product team. We own the technical execution while you own the product direction. That means you get engineers who understand SaaS architecture patterns deeply, not generalists who will learn on your budget. And because we work your timezone, the collaboration feels like an internal team, not a vendor relationship.
The most expensive SaaS architecture mistake is the one you make at the start and discover at scale. A multi-tenant data model that wasn't designed for tenant isolation, a billing integration bolted on after the fact, or a permission system that can't support the enterprise deals you're now closing — these are the problems that slow down Series B companies and force expensive platform rewrites.
Codieshub approaches SaaS builds with a platform-first mindset. Before writing product features, we establish the foundation: multi-tenancy architecture, authentication and permission scaffolding, billing system integration, and observability. Product features are then built on that foundation — which means they work correctly for customer one and scale correctly for customer ten thousand.
SaaS products we build launch with the infrastructure in place to handle enterprise sales cycles, usage-based billing, and role-based access control from day one. Founders spend less time firefighting infrastructure and more time on distribution. When you're ready to hand off or expand the team, the codebase is documented, tested, and built on patterns your next hire will recognize.
Tell us what you're building — we'll map out architecture, team size, and a realistic timeline.

Explore Dedicated Teams↗Add senior specialists to an existing team — vetted, onboarded, and up to speed in weeks.
Explore Staff Augmentation↗Managed fixed-scope projects with a committed timeline and deliverables.
Explore Project Delivery↗Fractional senior technical leadership for architecture, hiring, and strategy.
Explore Virtual CTO↗Why Codieshub
The shortlist we get asked about on every call — what actually separates Codieshub from a dev shop.
Every SaaS we build starts with a correctly designed multi-tenant data model — tenant isolation, shared infrastructure with per-tenant configuration, and a permission system that supports the enterprise deals you haven't closed yet.
Stripe, Chargebee, and usage-based billing integration built into the platform from the start — not retrofitted. Seat-based, usage-based, and hybrid pricing models all supported.
Our SaaS MVP process is designed to get a working, production-ready product in front of paying customers in ten to sixteen weeks — with the architecture to support growth, not just validation.
Granular RBAC systems that support customer-defined roles, admin hierarchies, and feature-flag-level permissions — built to handle enterprise procurement requirements from the first enterprise deal.
Logging, error tracking, and usage instrumentation built into the platform so you have the data to make product decisions, debug customer issues, and support usage-based pricing.
REST and GraphQL APIs designed for third-party integrations and eventual public API programs — with versioning, authentication, and documentation standards that your enterprise customers expect.

Questions
The questions we get on every intro call — answered without the marketing gloss.
A focused SaaS MVP — core product loop, user authentication, multi-tenancy, and billing — typically takes ten to sixteen weeks with a team of three to four engineers. That timeline assumes a clear product spec going into development; if you need discovery and design work, add four to six weeks. We ship incrementally, so you'll have working software in staging within the first four weeks and can begin beta testing before the full MVP is complete. Timeline compresses significantly if you come in with wireframes and a defined feature set.
