Elevation Church

Elevation Church is a multi-site church with locations across several US states and Canada, and a large online congregation.

They partnered with us to build engaged digital communities that extend beyond content consumption, enabling people to grow spiritually regardless of physical location.

The Challenge

What we needed to solve.

Elevation had partnered with a third-party app provider specializing in church technology. The vendor's one-size-fits-most approach created constraints that became problematic for an agile organization.

Live streaming was unstable, update cycles were slow, and weekend support was limited, critical days for churches. The platform also provided insufficient analytics, preventing the church from understanding which content resonated with the online congregation.

While Elevation had in-house web developers, mobile app development was unfamiliar territory. They sought an external partner to build a custom solution, then hire an internal developer to manage it long-term.

The collaboration was seamless. Their developers worked closely with our new internal hire, guiding him until he was fully confident managing builds on his own. Within months, he was adding new features independently.

The Solution
