Jot pioneered concentrated coffee for modern consumers prioritizing quality and convenience.

The storefront needed to function as both an educational platform (concentrated coffee is a new idea for most shoppers) and a high-converting sales channel.

The Challenge

What we needed to solve.

The primary obstacle was bridging the gap between the innovative product and its digital experience — concentrated coffee is novel, so the storefront had to educate before it could sell.

Significant untapped potential existed in AOV, particularly within subscription adoption and product bundling.

The objective: replace generic templates with a custom Welcome Bundle architecture, supported by backend logic handling tiered offers, free-gift triggers, and seamless transitions from one-time trials to long-term subscriptions.

People loved our product but found the checkout too confusing. Codieshub simplified our subscription model into a completely frictionless experience. They turned a stagnant process into a high-velocity growth machine.

We took an engineering-led approach, embedding proprietary logic into the Shopify ecosystem to support a SaaS-style recurring-revenue model.

Every module — Welcome Bundle, subscription toggle, educational scroll — was built to reinforce the same conversion path.
